Numbers are strictly limited\, so don’t delay – book today! \nAn 8 week course where you will:\n\nImprove fitness and burn fat\nFind muscles you didn’t know you had\nLearn to count in Korean\nLearn Taekwon-Do training routines\nLearn your first Taekwon-Do kicks\, punches and stances\nWork on your flexibility and balance\nLearn some self-defence techniques\nFind your second family\nHave a lot of fun!\n\nThe course fee also includes your first TaeKwon-Do Grading (saving £25)\, so you have an opportunity to earn your first belt. \nThose of you that wish to keep going in your Taekwon-Do journey will be given an exclusive discount on a starter pack.
