It’s believed to be the most popular martial art in the world with over 70 million practitioners. It’s an art known for its fast powerful kicks. There are many different styles\, but the focus on kicking has always stayed consistent even in the WT style seen at the Olympic Games. Here at Unity\, we teach ITF style TaeKwon-Do\, considered to be the original.
